The highest building in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship will be built in Olsztyn

The cornerstone laying ceremony for the multi-purpose Centaurus investment
INOPA officially begins work on the most modern residential and service complex in the Land of a Thousand Lakes. On June 14, 2018, a symbolic brick for the construction of the Centaurus investment will be laid. Centaurus is going to be a modern building complex fulfilling office, residential and commercial-service functions. The event will start at 12:00 on the Centaurus construction site (intersection of Piłsudskiego Avenue and Głowackiego Street). During the ceremony, guests will be able to e.g. observe the progress of works, watch a promotional video and listen to the speech of Olsztyn's Mayor Piotr Grzymowicz. Artistic performances and walling up of the time capsule commemorating this day were planned as well.

Centaurus is a multidimensional project - it consists of modern A-class offices (8,500 m2), comfortable apartments, a prestigious hotel and retail premises (5,000 m2), including a place for a fitness club, restaurant, SPA & Beauty services. The residential part will consist of three blocks (6-, 17- and 18-storey buildings), with a total of 178 residential premises, including 50 spacious apartments with the best view of Olsztyn. Thanks to fact that the two highest residential blocks are located in the most elevated part of the plot, one can admire the phenomenal panoramic view of the city from the apartments’ windows. The hotel will operate through the Hampton by Hilton brand. The designer of the complex is a well-known architect Andrzej Kapuścik (author of, among others, Sea Towers in Gdynia).
